"If you love running with your dog this course is a must.
Expert advice from Verity & Cushla in a small group of fellow runners was invaluable. We came as novices but left feeling more confident about how to run safely & happily together, thank you so much!

"I had such a great day learning techniques to improve my running as well as great warm up and cool down methods for both me and my dog.

We learned human and canine exercises to condition and prepare for our sport and enjoyed the clearly presented theory and practical sessions.

So much packed into a fun, friendly day, the dogs loved it, I have improved my running technique and am feeling the benefit of putting it all into practice. Had a great day, thank you!"
