Darren Middleditch is organising the next Canicross Trailrunners run which will go from Coopers Hill (of cheese rolling fame) just off the A46 to the south of Brockworth near Gloucester. He is devising a cunning route and has advised us all to meet in the car park directly below Coopers Hill. We are then going to WALK up to the Maypole and begin the run from there. The run promises views, forest tracks and mud - right up our street then! It should be about an hour long adventure at a nice easy pace and everyone is welcome to join us.
 
Please can you let me and Darren know if you and your dog are up for another trek out on Sunday 21 March so we know to look out for you. Darren can also help with directions if you are not sure.

With the nights slowly drawing out we are planning to meet for a 'quickie' run on Monday evenings at the end of the month so watch this space for details or let me know if you would be interested in a regular evening run.
